Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re leading a small team, running a local business, or building something entirely your own — what you do matters. The energy you bring, the experience you offer, and the culture you create all ripple out — to your team, your customers, and your community.
But here’s the thing: In the daily rhythm of running a business, joy can quietly slip to the bottom of the to-do list.
This work is about bringing it back, not as fluff, not as a ‘nice-to-have’, but as a strategic advantage and a deeply human need.
So, what is joy?
Joy isn’t about big, loud moments (unless you want it to be).
It’s not glitter and forced high-fives.
It’s the spark of purpose.
The proud glance when a team member gets it right.
The quiet satisfaction of a job done well.
The moment a customer says, “I love coming here.”
Joy is what makes hard work worth it.
Why does it matter?
